Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How we ship

Orders ship from our shop in Nome, Alaska, by USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Nome isn’t connected to the road system, so our mail travels by air. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us at alice@naataqgear.com with your order number and we’ll help.
